About

YOUR BODY SHOULDN'T FEEL LIKE A PROBLEM TO SOLVE

Strength & Touch Gym was built for people who are tired of choosing between “working out” and “feeling okay.” You know the feeling: tight shoulders by 2pm, a low back that aches after sitting all day, a body that’s strong on paper but never quite relaxed. We exist to fix that.

We’re not here to sell you a six-pack by summer. We’re here to help you move through your day — at your desk, with your kids, on a run, in bed — without your body fighting you the whole way.

Our founder spent years training people the “traditional” way before realizing something was missing: nobody was talking about why clients kept coming back with the same tight hips, the same rounded shoulders, the same nagging pain, no matter how hard they trained. So we built something different — a space where strength training, mobility work, massage therapy, and posture correction live together instead of in separate appointments with separate people who never talk to each other.

We treat your body as one connected system, not a list of muscles to work in isolation. That means:

  • We look at posture first. Most pain and tension patterns trace back to how your body holds itself all day, not just what happens in the gym.

Some things a good night’s sleep won’t fix. Chronic tension, post-workout soreness, pregnancy discomfort, sinus pressure — these need a specific answer, not a general one.

Our specific treatments are designed for people who know something is off and want to address it directly. Each session is focused, intentional, and adapted to what your body is dealing with right now.

Deep Tissue Massage For chronic muscle tension, postural imbalances, and layers of tightness that won’t respond to light pressure. We work through the surface to reach the tissue that’s actually causing the problem.

Sports Massage Built for active bodies — whether you’re training, competing, or recovering. Reduces soreness, improves range of motion, and helps you get back to doing what you love faster.

Prenatal Massage Safe, supportive bodywork for every stage of pregnancy. Relieves lower back pain, reduces swelling, and gives expectant mothers a space to rest and be cared for.

Ear Candling A gentle, non-invasive therapy to address ear congestion, sinus pressure, and general discomfort. A simple session with results that are hard to explain until you feel them.

Most workout programs are designed to make you look stronger. These are designed to make you feel better.

If you sit for long hours, feel stiff when you stand up, train hard but still carry tension in your neck and shoulders, or notice your posture isn’t where it should be — this is where you start.

Our fitness plans are built around three postural patterns that affect most people without them even knowing it. Each plan takes under 20 minutes, three days a week, and combines mobility, strength, and flexibility work into one focused session. No complicated equipment. No fitness background required. Just a practical routine that addresses the real reason your body feels the way it does.

Upper Plan — $9.99 For rounded shoulders, forward head posture, and chronic neck and upper back tension. Targets the exact muscle imbalances that cause that “locked up” feeling by the end of every workday.

Lower Plan — $9.99 For anterior pelvic tilt, low back pain, and hips that feel stiff after sitting. Focuses on activating your glutes and deep core — the two things most people unknowingly stop using.

Mixed Plan — $17.99 For those who show signs of both upper and lower imbalances — a full-body approach that addresses your posture from head to toe in one integrated program.

Each plan comes as a downloadable PDF guide with home and gym variations for every exercise, suggested weights, and tips on when to fit it into your existing routine.
